Ministry Experience Survey

As the โ€œministry that caresโ€ we are pleased to provide you with an opportunity to assist us in improving the services that we offer to our ministry participants. This survey has been commissioned by our Pastor, the Rev. Dr. William H. Curtis. The purpose of this survey is to allow you to share your experiences as it pertains to joining and participating in your ministry. We are attempting to streamline and unify our process so that each member may efficiently find a way to utilize their gifts and grow spiritually. Our goal is to make it easier for Mount Ararat members to become a part of the various church ministries. Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey.
